What type of jewelry do you produce?
We specialize in hip-hop jewelry at its highest form. Oversized custom pendants, intricate enamel work, bust downs, and fully bespoke statement pieces. Every single order is built from scratch to your exact specification. Nothing is repeated. Nothing is off the shelf.
Do you work with our designs, or do you create them?
Both. Send us anything, a rough sketch, a photo, a screenshot, or a concept, and we build the full CAD from there. If you have existing design files we can work from those as well. The starting point does not matter. The finished piece always meets the same standard.
Is everything truly made in-house?
Every piece is manufactured entirely in-house in Dubai, from the initial CAD design through to the final polish of the finished piece. No outsourcing. No third party production. Every stage is under our roof and under our standard. That is how we maintain the quality and consistency our retail partners depend on.
What we work with
Hip hop pieces are made to order in 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT solid gold (white, yellow, or rose), or in platinum, set with lab grown or natural diamonds. We also produce hip hop pieces in sterling silver (925), set with cubic zirconia or maisonette.
Who can order from IFLD INC (I FUCKING LOVE DIAMONDS)?
We work exclusively with retail jewelry brands and boutiques who understand hiphop culture and hold their offering to a high standard. We do not sell direct to end consumers. If you operate a store or brand that serves a discerning hiphop jewelry clientele, reach out and we will assess fit from there.
What do I need to get started as a new retail partner?
As part of our onboarding process, we require basic business verification from all new partners. This is standard practice and keeps our network trusted on both sides. Once verified, you are set up and ready to place your first order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. Each piece is custom and one of a kind. You can begin with a single pendant and scale at your own pace.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is provided at the CAD approval stage alongside a complete breakdown of diamond weight, metal weight, and all piece specifications. There are no hidden fees. No surprises. What you approve is exactly what you pay.
What if I need changes after seeing the CAD?
Revisions are a natural part of our process. We move with you until every detail is exactly right. Production does not begin until you have reviewed and confirmed everything through the app. Your approval is the only thing that moves an order forward.
How long does production take?
Lead time is determined by the complexity of the piece and is confirmed at the approval stage. You will always know exactly what to expect before a single stone is set.
How do you handle shipping and customs?
We manage the entire process. Your store receives the piece locally with nothing to handle on your end. No customs paperwork, no logistics coordination, no friction. We use insured shipping via leading international logistics companies. Coverage is scaled to the value of each piece, and everything is fully insured and tracked from our bench to your showcase.
Where do you ship to?
We serve retail partners across the USA, Canada, UAE, and the EU region. If you are located outside a major city, some restrictions may apply, but we always find a way. Reach out and we will work out the details for your specific location.
How do I track my orders?
Once onboarded, every order is managed through our mobile app. You have full visibility across every stage of every piece in real time, from CAD approval through the complete production cycle. All communication lives in one place. No scattered messages. No missed updates.
Can I manage multiple orders at the same time?
The app is built precisely for this. Whether you are running five orders or fifty simultaneously, every single one is tracked and visible in real time. It functions as a complete CRM for your order pipeline. Multiple store locations, multiple team members, any volume of active orders, nothing falls through and no one loses track.
How are quotes and design requests managed?
Everything lives on the app. Quote requests, CAD designs, 4K video walkthroughs, revision notes, approvals, and all communication are managed in one place from the moment you submit an idea to the moment your piece is ready to ship.
